Antique 19th century full set of The Works of Felicia Hemans. Dated 1839, William Blackwood & Sons, Edinburgh. This is an ex-library set that was donated to Merrimack College by Augusta Neville. Full dark green leather, gilded spines, and marbled fore edges and end papers. In overall very good condition. Some gilt loss to spines, marks and wear to leather. All bindings are tight with no loose pages but handling should be with care as some of the boards are fragile - None are loose. Name inscription on front blanks, library stamps on top fore edges & spines, and library cards on back interior boards.
