Antique 19c France Illustrated Vol III & IV. Hard to find copies and this is a great one! Published by Fisher, Son, & Co 1850. Contains tons of engravings related to landscape scenery, antiquities, military, and religious architecture of France. A larger book with full black leather gilded and embossed binding. All gilded fore edges and the best stamped pattern! There is some wear to the leather, board corners, and cracking to hinges. No loose pages or boards. It looks like it was professionally repaired on the front hinge and is holding tight. The engravings are amazing - Overall a very good scarce copy!!
