Antique 19c quarter leather volume of The Keepsake, dated 1844. Edited by the Countess of Blessington and published in London. I just love the muted colors of the leather and marbled boards! Illustrated with lots of beautiful engravings. There is wear to the boards and spine. The frontispiece is detached on the lower half but still attached. Some minor foxing to interior pages. Overall a good copy!
Countess of Blessington (1789-1849), Marguerite Gardiner, was an Irish novelist, journalist, and literary hostess.
