Antique mid 18c full leather volume of Three Treatises by James Harris Esq. This is a second edition dated 1765, London. There are three discussed; the first concerning art, the second music, painting, and poetry, and the third happiness. This book is in fair condition but still going strong for its age. Somewhat hard to find second edition - binding is tight with no loose or missing pages. The frontispiece illustration is gorgeous! The spine split at some point and was glued back. Foxing and age darkening to pages with some pages being fragile. Those are mostly the first few pages of the book. The interior pages are fine with no brittleness.
