Beautiful Victorian watercolor portrait of an auburn hair lady. The details are amazing! In the original frame that shows wear and tear to the metal and plaster. She is dated 1891 and has a plate on the back from Miller & Co, London & Birmingham with addresses of their framing locations (British framers from 1600-1950). Other than her disclaimers, she is a beautiful portrait!
