The second printing of the first one volume edition and the first illustrated edition with a frontispiece illustration and a smaller vignette on the engraved title. It also the 3rd British edition of Northanger Abbey and Persuasion. Bound in the Standard library marbled boards by Bentley. Gilt on spine dulled. Contents good with light foxing and marking to most pages. Title page, pages and frontis age toned and foxed. Light staining to some pages. Front hinge starting to crack but binding is strong. Wear to boards. No loose or missing pages, complete in its entirety. More images can be taken upon request.
