Quite possibly the coolest little French set I’ve come across! I don’t normally buy foreign language but when I found these in Paris, I couldn’t resist. They remind me of tortoise shell.
Oeuvres Morales De Vauvenargues (Moral Works of Vauvenargues) dated 1874. Published by E. Plon, Paris. This 3 volume set is in such great condition! Bindings are tight, minor wear to boards and corners. Volume I has a pullout facsimile letter and volumes II & III still have their cloth bookmarks. Text is fairly clean with minor foxing. Overall a very good set!
